The Cassia County Board
of Commissioners met this day with Chairman Dennis Crane, Paul
Christensen and Clay D. Handy, Board Members; Alfred E. Barrus,
Prosecuting Attorney and Wendy L. Marr, Deputy Clerk of the Board,
present.
CALENDAR
The Board of County
Commissioners held a special meeting and met at 3:30pm for the
purpose of an Appeal Hearing requested by Bruce and Jared Bedke,
which appeal is based upon Idaho Code 22-2408(3) and said request
was received by the County on September 11, 2009; setting this
hearing within five (5) days after receipt of notice of the
request. Hearing recorded as Council_20090916.
Commissioner Handy
excused himself from the meeting at 4:25pm.
Following the hearing the
Board took the matter under advisement until Commissioner Handy can
review the recording.
RECESS
Meeting was recessed
until 600 pm, Thursday 17, 2009.
