AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of County
Commissioners of Cassia County, Idaho, will hold a public
auction offering the following real property acquired by tax
deed for sale for cash. Said auction will be held Monday,
May 21, 2012, at 2:00 P.M., in the Cassia County Courthouse
District Courtroom, Room #205, at 1459 Overland Ave, Burley,
Idaho, or as soon thereafter as the matter may proceed.
Cassia County reserves the right to reject any and all
bids that the Board deems not to be in the best interest of the
County. All property will be sold “As Is” without
warranty. The property shall be sold to the highest bidder
for cash, in lawful money of the United States. However,
the Board of County Commissioners may reserve the right to
reject any and all bids which may be made for the amount of all
delinquent taxes, late charges, costs, and interest which may
have accrued against any property so offered for sale, including
the amount specified in the tax deed to the county. The minimum
bid amount is set forth for each parcel listed below. In
addition to the purchase price, a purchaser shall pay all fees
required by law for the transfer of property.
