Traditional land lines phone numbers, listed and unlisted, are already included in database and do not need to be registered.

The CityWatch Cassia County notification system will allow county officials to quickly, automatically, and accurately notify the citizens and businesses of impending dangerous situations as well as important community information: Follow Below link Signup for Cassia County's County Watch Program

The notification will be sent out using a recorded voice message to land lines and cell phones and a written message to e-mail and SMS/text devices and is TTY/TDD compatible. The system is also designed to make multiple attempts to connect with lines that are not answered or ring busy. If the call is picked up by an answering machine the system can be set up to leave or not leave the message based on the nature of the call.

The notification system can use either a pre-generated list or a geographical region to initiate calls. Utilizing the counties Bullberry Insight Mapping to map out the desired area, messages would then only be sent to those within that area, from a single city block to the whole county. If you use your cell phone, VoIP phone, and/or e-mail regularly at multiple locations (i.e. home, office, school, etc.) you can receive notifications pertaining to each area by registering each location’s address.

If you register a cell phone number, VoIP phone number, e-mail address or other device with the notification system you will periodically receive a message to ensure that you wish to remain enrolled in the system by allowing you to confirm or decline the request for continued enrollment at the end of the message using your keypad or an e-mail link.
