Milner Historic Recreation Area lies along the Snake River,
9 miles west of Burley, Idaho. Several camping recreation

Over 100 years ago, emigrants traveled through the area
along the Oregon Trail. This rich history of the American
West pilgrimage is preserved by various segments of the
trail, marked by deep ruts, which are still visible today.

design guidelines, conceptual plans, and recommendations to
renovate and achieve sustainability, attractiveness,
functionality and cost-effectiveness within the Milner
Historic Recreation Area.
