SOLICITATION OF
REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF
QUALIFICATIONS
AND EXPERIENCE FOR
PROFESSIONAL
ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES
Cassia County, Idaho is soliciting Requests for Statements of
Qualifications and Experience for Professional Architectural/Engineering
Services. The purpose of this solicitation is to:

Define the scope of the project of renovating an existing
building and to design it to serve judicial and related functions;
- Undertake and accomplish a full and complete project design;
- Provide sets of plans and specifications and all bid documents and
work through the bidding and negotiation phase for Cassia County; and
- Render consulting and advisory service to Cassia County during all
phases of construction, including but not limited to preparation of
construction management plans, on-site construction inspection,
preparation of change orders, performance testing to ensure
specifications are being met, review of contractor progress and payment
requests, making final inspections, and assisting the County with
project close out documents.
The Request for Statements of Qualifications and Experience
for Professional Architectural/Engineering Services may be obtained

This document contains descriptions of requested services, contract
limitations, selection process, qualification statement content, evaluation
criteria and weighing, and time schedule. When making a request for this
document, please provide a contact name and contact information for your
firm.
Written objections to specifications or request procedure must be
received by the County Administrator no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday,
September 23, 2011. Such written objections shall be sent
via email to:
kerrym@cassiacounty.org.
The due date for submittals is September 30, 2011 by 3:00 p.m., late
submittals will not be opened nor considered. The
submittals will be opened by the Cassia County Board of Commissioner during
its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, October 3, 2011.
