The Idaho Courts are transitioning to a new electronic court records system. Cassia County will be live on iCourt beginning Tuesday, October 10, 2017. Please carefully review our outage schedule for  Friday, September 29, 2017 through Tuesday, October 10, 2017. 

Timeline of Cassia County Outages: 

Friday, Sept. 29 – 8AM MDT

  • Online payments via CitePay for Cassia County are no longer available. Payments (credit/debit cards, check, cash, money order, cashier check) will continue to be accepted through the Magistrate Court. Customers may continue to make Credit/Debit card payments by calling the Magistrate Court at (208) 878-7351.  Please be advised that there will be a delay to post any payments to the case/account. Beginning Tuesday, October 10, 2017 online payments will resume and will be available via iCourt Portal.  

Monday, October 2  8AM MDT - Friday, October 6  5PM MDT

  • CitePay for Cassia County continues to be unavailable. Payments (credit/debit cards, check, cash, money order, cashier check) will continue to be accepted through the Magistrate Court. Customers may continue to make Credit/Debit card payments by calling the Magistrate Court at (208) 878-7351.  Please be advised that there will be a delay to post any payments to the case/account. Beginning Tuesday, October 10, 2017 online payments will resume and will be available via iCourt Portal.  

 Friday, Oct. 6th – 8AM MDT

  • Court records via ISTARS and the Data Repository are no longer updated for Cassia County.  Cassia County ISTARS information will be static from this point forward.  Cassia County records will be transitioned from the Data Repository to the new iCourt Portal, effective Tuesday, October 10, 2017. 

Tuesday, Oct. 10 – 8AM MDT

  • Cassia County Court Services will resume under new iCourt system.  During this week, citizens and justice partners using the court system should prepare for delays and be patient as employees get comfortable navigating the new system.
